How to secure a place in our study programs

Conditions for Studying
Considering the quality of the studies and our mission to dedicate individual attention to each student, the number of places available for our programs is limited. Specifically, the total number of students that can enroll in our Software Engineering and Innovations study program is 75 students, while the number of students for the Applied Information Technology – Digital Design and Interactive Technologies program is 50 students per academic year.
The enrollment periods, along with all enrollment details, can be found in the Call for Student Enrollment for the upcoming academic year, which is published at the beginning of May each year.
- The documentation you will need for enrollment:
- 1. Certificates from 1st to 4th year
- 2. Document/diploma for passed state or international matriculation exam
- 3. Birth certificate (the issue date is not important)
- 4. Proof of citizenship of the Republic of North Macedonia (the issue date is not important)
All documents must be submitted in original or notarized copies.
These documents will be kept in the student’s file.
Tuition Fee
Through tuition fee, we invest in the technology needed for learning, enabling quality teaching staff, and providing appropriate modern literature. The tuition fee for one academic year covers all study-related expenses (no additional charges for literature, exam registration, etc.) and is as follows:
– Software Engineering and Innovations:
3450 euros for one academic year
– Applied Information Technology – Digital Design and Interactive Technologies:
3650 euros for one academic year

For this reason, we have offered a number of financial advantages and discounts to provide greater accessibility to our study programs listed below.
Of course, the unique study financing model “Study now, pay after employment“ is also available, allowing students to study for ZERO denars and repay the tuition fee in interest-free installments after graduation or employment.
For all students who choose not to use the ‘Study Now, Pay After Employment’ financing model and prefer to pay their tuition during their studies, we offer three payment options — each of which includes a discount on the standard tuition fee.

Immediately after signing the study agreement, students receive access to our preparatory program through the online learning platform I.Am.Next.
This program is fully online and is designed to help students more easily adapt to the academic pace and methodology. It is recommended that the program be completed before the start of the first academic year, allowing students to begin with greater confidence and readiness.
Although the curriculum at our college is carefully designed for students starting “from scratch,” the preparatory program offers additional support and an introduction to the fundamental concepts that will be explored in more depth during the course of the studies.
Transferring from another faculty is possible and carried out in accordance with applicable legal requirements and procedures. Each transfer request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the academic and student coordinators at Brainster Next.
